Last week I shared with you my Cricut template for creating a stunning paper orb sculpture.
I cut out the template on various substrates, including watercolor paper and I have just got around to cracking open my watercolor paints and letting rip with my paint brush.
My painting wasn’t particularly neat but I really don’t think that matters too much as the result is stunning!
Before constructing I like to do a pre-fold of the score lines so they will pop right into place once I get going but I flatten everything out again to get started. For a complete guide to construction visit the original paper orb page
and here she is in all her glory!
I am itching to cut some more of these of watercolor pages and have plans to make a giant one!
I would looooove to download the SVG file, but when I click on the ‘free download’, all I get is a JPG. Would you be so kind to help me out??
The file is a svg
