Dear Chicago House,
I just love spring time. Call me a dork but there is something very thrilling about seeing pansy seeds I sowed a few weeks back burst into life.
I have not spent nearly enough time in your garden yet but I have made something pretty for it. Take a look at my painted terracotta pot.
So easy to do, you will need
A terracotta pot
White latex paint
Pencil
Acrylic paints
Paint brush
Polyurethane
Start by painting the entire pot, inside and out with a couple of coats of white latex paint. When the paint is dry sketch on a design and “color it in” with your acrylic paints. When it’s all done give it a couple of coats of polyurethane to seal everything.
